A great sales person can sell anything, anywhere. With Synrgys Solutions, that sales person will earn more per dollar sold than they will anywhere else. Our compensation plans are the most aggressive in the industry. Our belief is that the folks out there pounding the pavement, making it happen, closing deals are the ones who deserve the lion's share of the profits from their sales. If you are selling fitness equipment for someone else, we can just about guarantee you will make more money here selling the same stuff at the same price point.
Here's a sample deal:
Let's say you sell one treadmill for $5,000. Let's say that treadmill cost $3,000 from the manufacturer. There's a gross $2,000 profit. Let's say, hypothetically, the net profit is $1,500. How much does the sales person get?
If you are just starting, and inside your first 90 days, it's 50%, or $750. BAM! That was easy.
Our goal is to get you up & running at a 70% commission structure ASAP, where you would make $1,050 from that sale.
Our overall goal is to get you up to 80% commission. That happens when you are experienced and operating on a mostly independent basis, with the back office support still in place.
What happens to the rest of it? Administrative overhead. Back office support. Some for the house. And some extra room for bonuses, overrides, etc.
How much money can be made? The sky is the limit. The market is ripe for development. Competition is fierce, but we have a very good position as a local, value supplier, which 90% of our competition cannot match.
