This time of year, folks are thinking about their 10-15 pounds of extra fluff. Holiday Feasting is the usual syspect for this adipose, even if it's been living rent free on the bones since June. Whenever we found our 15 extra pounds, we're thinking, now more than ever, about how we might unload them- and fast. At least by Spring Break. Clubs, Personal Trainers, Group Classes, and Home Gyms always get crowded and busy between now and March. Get Ready!
