Synrgys Solutions Return Policy
Repair parts that we provide can be returned for a refund in accordance with the following stipulations, rules, time limits and other limitations. The majority of these policies are the policies of parts suppliers and are subject to change from time to time. Synrgys Solutions does its best to stay up to date with changes in policies, but makes no guarantee to that affect, as we are not always notified about changes in return policy from our many suppliers.
Customer purchased/acquired parts and supplies: Any issues, including returns or refunds for repair parts and products that customers acquired themselves, must be addressed with the place of purchase. Synrgys Solutions is happy to assist with these matters, but has no official position and no responsibility for any customer supplied parts or product, or the fit, function or suitability of any such items. ***** Please note, that Synrgys Solutions is not responsible for the fit or function of any part or product not supplied or acquired by Synrgys Solutions. In the event that a Synrgys Solutions Technician arrives for a service or repair and is unable to proceed or complete the repair, because of issues or problems with customer supplied parts, full labor charges still apply and in the event a follow up service or repair call is needed, additional trip charges and, potentially, additional labor charges will apply. We do our best to keep your costs as low as possible. We also pay our technicians for their valuable time.
Parts problems are very rare, but they do occur. We handle these problems with our parts suppliers and do our best to get things right as quickly as possible. We are subject to parts supplier policies the same as all other customers.
Once we are notified of defective parts or discover them ourselves, we will contact the supplier and notify them of the defective parts.
We will need pictures of the defective part, the defective part packaging, and other information that will help to communicate the defective nature of the part. In most cases, Synrgys Solution' Technicians take care of these matters; however, in cases where parts ship direct to the customer and the customer discovers the defective part, then we will ask for this assistance to speed the process.
Defective Parts problems are usually solved by the supplier.
Synrgys Solutions handles everything with defective parts. The biggest inconvenience is time, as it takes some suppliers 30-90 days to get these things straightened out.
Residential, Light Commercial, and Commercial products and accessories purchases typically cannot be cancelled, are non-refundable and non-returnable once a paid order has been placed.
A paid order is an order placed with an accompanying deposit or payment in full.
If Synrgys Solutions has accepted a customers paid order but not yet placed he paid order with the manufacturer or supplier of the equipment, then we can stop the process an issue a refund. After we have placed our paid order with the supplier, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
Defective Equipment and accessories: Synrgys Solutions handles all problems with new or used equipment in accordance with the warranty in affect at the time of purchase. See below.
Synrgys Solutions Warranty Specifications
This warranty covers equipment sold as refurbished or re-manufactured. Used equipment sold as "cleaned and serviced" typically is sold as is with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied. New equipment sales are covered by the manufacturers' warranty.
About Synrgys Solutions' Parts & On-Site Labor Warranty:
If the machine is being used by a business or in any commercial environment (a gym, hotel, apartment complex, club, etc),or for any business setting (private training studio in your home) or in any place where more than your immediate family uses the equipment, then you need a commercial warranty. If the machine is used in a home or residence, by only the immediate family living there, then the 'residential' warranty will apply. Please contact us if you are not sure which option will apply to you.
If outside the United States or Canada then you need an international warranty. International warranties vary by country. Please contact us, Service@Synrgys.com, about your international warranty application.

The warranty will cover all issues that are not listed below. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you are unsure if you will be covered.
All new equipment we sell includes a warranty covered by the manufacturer. The warranty paperwork will be included when you receive your machine. We have the warranty time period posted in the product details page. We can assist with any questions you may have, but the manufacturer will be your best source.
