Synrgys Solutions Warranty Specifications
This warranty covers equipment sold as refurbished or re-manufactured. Used equipment sold as "cleaned and serviced" typically is sold as is with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied.  New equipment sales are covered by the manufacturers' warranty.

About Synrgys Solutions' Parts & On-Site Labor Warranty:

• The Warranty period starts the day the machine in delivered to your home or business.
• The Warranty is directly through Synrgys Solutions providing convenience for the customer.
• If there are defects on arrival, please let us know within 3 days of delivery, as we will fix the defect and restart the warranty once the defect is fixed.
• The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser from Synrgys Solutions..
• For warranty service in Central Illinois and surrounding areas or Northwest Ohio, we will send one of our fitness repair technicians to your location to fix your machine.
• For Warranty service throughout the United States, Canada, and internationally,  we have a network of fitness technicians that we will send to your home  or business to diagnose and repair.
• It will usually take about 7-10 days after we are notified for the service technician to come to your home or business to diagnose in the US and Canada. International times vary.

Residential or Commercial?
If the machine is being used by a business or in any commercial environment (a gym, hotel, apartment complex, club, etc),or for any business setting (private training studio in your home) or in any place where more than your immediate family uses the equipment, then you need a commercial warranty.  If the machine is used in a home or residence, by only the immediate family living there, then the 'residential' warranty will apply. Please contact us if you are not sure  which option will apply to you.

If outside the United States or Canada then you need an international warranty.  International warranties vary by country. Please contact us, [email protected], about your international warranty application.
Warranty Coverage
What is covered.

• Machine/parts  failure  caused by normal wear and tear.
• 100% of labor costs and unlimited on –site technician diagnostic and repair visits for faults reported during the warranty coverage period.. 
• 100% parts such as structural moving parts, bearings, pulleys, cables, motors, batteries, etc. (non-covered parts: headphone jacks and hookups, mobile device connections).
• Wear items such as treadmill walking belts, drive belts, decks, track wheels, pedals, straps, upholstery and covers.
• Internal software issues including error codes, program malfunctions, console  resets.

What is Not Covered.
The warranty will cover all issues that are not listed below. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you are unsure if you will be covered.

• Headphone connections, 3.5mm jacks, mobile device connections and connectivity.
• Software updates and/or proprietary code functions, application interoperability (android or ios app integration)
• Any issue caused by the user engaging in an activity which the operational manual specifically warns against doing.
  
• Any issue caused by the user disassembling, or reassembling the machine.
• Warranty Service outside the United States / Canada. Our Warranty is only valid in the United States / Canada only. If you are outside the United States/Canada, please contact us about an international warranty before you purchase.
• Any Water, Fire, Heat, or Wind Damage.
• Cosmetic Defects. If there are any cosmetic concerns you have about your product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your machine, and we will address them then.
  

The following will void the warranty instantly: 

• Failing to perform proper owner level routine service, as described in the manufacturer's owners manual,  on the equipment according to the manufacturer’s requirements. 
  
• Any performance issue or parts failure caused by improper power supply: non-dedicated 20 amp circuit for commercial machines in a commercial or residential setting; using a bypass such as an extension cord to power the machine,  or directly caused by a person while accessing electrical components of the machine by disassembling parts or covers.
  
• The machine being left in an outdoor setting. Leaving the machine outdoors causes the machine to wear and deteriorate significantly quicker than indoors and is not recommended. Use of the machine in a garage setting is covered by the warranty. 
• The Warranty does not cover Total Loss. If the product, or major parts to the machine, are reported as stolen/missing the warranty is void.
• The 'residential' warranty will become void if the machine is used in a commercial setting or any setting where more than the purchaser’s immediate family is using the equipment, for example, home based training studios..

New Equipment Warranty
All new equipment we sell includes a warranty covered by the manufacturer. The warranty paperwork will be included when you receive your machine. We have the warranty time period posted in the product details page. We can assist with any questions you may have, but the manufacturer will be your best source.
