Proper lubrication on the underside of the treadmill belt is required to reduce heat and friction, prolonging the life of the motor, electronics, belt and deck. This 4-ounce bottle of lubricant for treadmills is good for four applications or one year of normal treadmill maintenance.
How to lubricate your treadmill:
1. Power off treadmill and unplug it from power outlet
2. Slide your hand underneath the belt to create separation between the belt and deck by staring by the front of the treadmill, motor end.
3. Slide lube tube as close to the center of deck as possible
4. Slowly move the applicator from the center towards the edge of treadmill belt while applying slight pressure to the squeeze bottle. Apply approximately 1/8 of bottle under the belt.
5. Repeat steps 1-3 on the other side of the belt
6.Plus in treadmill, start it and use for 3-5 mins to disperse the lubricant evenly throughout the treadmill
