Outside Sales Reps.
Job Description:
Outside Sales Reps are independent, contracted agents who work from their home offices to develop the market in their protected geographical territories and vertical market segments, in order to sell fitness, health & wellness equipment, accessories, and services at a profit for themselves and a value for their customers. Duties: Earn a substantial income for yourself, building wealth for your family and value for your customer base. Progress the sales cycle from new leads to established customers following our proven methods. Become an expert in the equipment and services you represent and be a resource for your clients. Stay abreast of industry happenings and events, attending trade shows from time to time, as best fits your agenda. Top Performers: Fast. Flexible. Dynamic. Those who excel are exceptionally well organized, disciplined and focused. They are systematic in building their business and relentless in pursuit of new business, they are fast and efficient in responding to their customers and prospects. They learn new things very quickly and love the practice of continuous improvement and change. They are honest to a fault - especially with themselves, focused on long term results, and dedicated. Compensation: This is a straight commission situation. Typical contracts pay commissions of 20-27%, with the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses. Commission are uncapped. We want you to earn as much as you possibly can. "Average" will not do in this situation. Average makes $9.50 an hour working somewhere else - safe, but unrewarding. We need "Above Average" - it's a little riskier, but the rewards are great! Average Earnings: The "average" person in this sort of situation will fail to earn a living of any means. Sorry. That is just how it goes, and we would rather have you know that immediately and upfront. This is not for everyone!! Above Average Earnings: The "go-getter" will likely earn $45,000 - $75,000 the first year. The Super Star: The future Hall-of-Famer will likely earn that same $45,000-$75,000 the first year, but they will have built an exploding pipeline of new business and repeat business, and they will see their income curve get pretty steep in year 2. While it is not a requirement, we expect you to be earning 6 figures in the second year. We might just be the smallest outfit in the fitness industry, but we're growing!
